Nancy grew up in Connecticut and after college moved to New Jersey where she met her husband, Lenny. They then lived in the Washington, D.C. area for 12 years where she was in the retail fashion business. After a 1 year detour in Columbus, Ohio they quit the corporate world and moved to Marco Island, Florida where they owned and operated their own retail business for 10 years. When they sold their business they discovered Blue Ridge, Ga. and now spend time between both places.

    Nancy learned to knit and crochet many years ago from her mother and grandmother and now has the time to search out unusual yarns to make beautiful works of art. She especially likes to make accessory pieces that are timeless and ageless.

    Nancy's shawls are hand knitted right here in Blue Ridge. The material is imported from Italy with many colors to choose from. The shawls capture your own body heat and keep you warmer than a heavy quilted coat and yet they are light, comfortable and beautiful.
