Nancy Griffin is retired from nursing and has settled in nearby N.C. Nancy is a self taught bead weaver and is incorporating her unique style of work into hand woven original baskets that are made from waxed linen threads, waxed polyester cords and natural fibers. Each basket is a unique "one of a kind" design that free flows with color, texture, and shape.

    Nancy teaches Bead Art at nearby Tri County Community College, and basketry at the John C. Campbell Folk School.
